Another great one as always! I recommend you to everyone! I’ve been wondering for a while, why do you bring your elbow up first and then fully extend your arm when you’re reaching it out often in exercises?

I would far prefer hearing your commentary, and the wind off ocean and a boombox plying tunes with microphone there picking up it all...wherever it is you are. But "no talking" in the tagline suggest I am in the minority not wanting to hear your accent, comments about what you are doing.
This is really quite impossible to do w/o a cinema-worthy mic set up! :) Wind is incredibly disturbing to the sound/mic. Let alone the fact you cannot use mainstream music on YT - so no boombox unfortunately or my vids get taken off the platform.
